4-7-8 Breathing for children and adults

This is a great breathing exercise we found from gozen.com and would like to share with you a video on how to use a very basic and simple exercise and how to explain it to children.




For both adults and children to help alleviate anxiety. Basic breathing exercises that encourage breath control can help release stress. Feel free to modify it so it suits your comfort level and needs.
